What day is Trash pickup?

*If a holiday falls on Monday, pickup moves from Tuesday to Wednesday.

Trash Pickup has a Winter Schedule and a Summer Schedule.

Once Per Week Collection Schedule: Pickup is on Tuesday - September 2, 2025 - May 30, 2026

Twice Per Week Collection Schedule: Pickup is on Tuesday and Friday - June 3, 2025 - August 30, 2026

If any of the following holiday's fall on a regular scheduled collection day the collection will be delayed by one day:

New Year's Day

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Presidents' Day

Memorial Day

Independance Day

Labor Day

Veteran's Day

Thanksgiving Day

Friday after Thanksgiving

Christmas Day
What day is recycling day?

Recycling between Memorial Day and Labor Day, is picked up every Thursday.

During the week of Labor Day, Recycling Collection will occur on September 6 (delayed by one day). After Labor Day, collection will occur every other Thursday.
How do I obtain a pool key fob?

Pool Fob's can be obtained by calling Property Management Services, 843-881-5459.

*Please note only two pool fobs are issued per home. Replacement pool fobs are $100 each.
